I researched the psychology of interrogations. It does point out that videotaping interrogations limit the truth. It will lead farther away from the confession.
Arizona v. Fulminante is a coerced confession case. They thought Oreste Fulminante murdered his stepdaughter. Anthony Sarivola was serving his term in jail and got Fulminante's "confession", which was coerced, sending him to a longer term
I talked to my mentor afterschool and I had a lot of the information we covered. I asked her questions about interrogations and now I have to send her an outline of my research paper.
