What I did today
Today, I was looked up some potential scholarships for non-major music students. But sadly, the majority of the scholarships require you to major in music, to live in a certain city, state, or go to a certain school to receive it. There were only a few that said I did not have to major in music but for some, I have to learn 4 new pieces and present it in front of judges. All of it being memorized in a short amount of time! At first I was thinking maybe just getting a minor in music but now I feel like I should double major in music and forensic science because there are more scholarships for music majors. I applied to a scholarship called Because College is Expensive scholarship. I will be applying to LIU Post and I looked at the scholarships they offer. I also completed the majority of The Gates Scholarship.
